Wonderful House - excellent location!

We were an extended family group of 9 travelling for 2+ weeks and we were looking for a spot where we could all have our own space if and when we needed. We found Amanda’s home in our search and are so glad we did. It is very much as pictured in the ad. Spacious and clean. Location is excellent, close proximity to the community pool. Check in was smooth and easy, and communication was always prompt with the owner. When we had issues with a few appliances, the management was quick to send someone to work on the issues. We also had an unexpected delay on our way home resulting in an additional 4 nights in Orlando. Amanda was super accommodating and we were able to stay at her house the added few days. Super grateful we didn’t have to move our group of 9 to a hotel! Very much recommend this vacation home. We will stay again!

Perfect home close to parks for our extended family reunion. Pool was great as was the new water park The house was amazing and we definitely had more than enough room to accommodate our 2 families. Everything was just like the listing and it was very comfortable, clean and tidy. The location is great for Disney Parks and such a better value than staying at Disney accommodation. The community is gated and is quiet and safe. We were given a welcome pack of kitchen and bathroom essentials on arrival. Without a doubt, we would definitely stay here again. The kids loved the Games Room with its own A/C, fridge, TV, Foosball Table and Table Tennis Table a great place for them all to chill.

Great family vacation We stayed in Amanda's home for 14 nights and it was amazing. The home was so bright and clean and Amanda was so nice to deal with. If I had a question she would respond very promptly. There was a small issue with the pool heater. I reached out to Amanda and within minutes she was in touch with maintenance and had an appointment set up to repair it. She actually waived the pool heating fee for the full 2 weeks which was so generous of her. We have stayed at Windsor Hills several times and can't say enough about the resort. We will definitely stay in Amanda's home again next year if it is available.

Stayed for a week and had a very nice time. House layout worked perfectly for our group and had all the essentials in the kitchen that we wanted. Had a problem at checkin with two screens on patio being ripped by recent storm but working with Amanda the problem was fixed right away. Appreciate the assistance working with Amanda, who was very helpful. Others had noted that the pool alarm was annoying but it didn't really bother us, however, we were all adults. Great Villa, would stay again!

We rented this house to spend a family vacation with our two sons and their families. We had a wonderful time. The house was better than shown online and was perfect for our family of nine. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. They were both heated to perfection. The kids were in the pool all day from the time they got up until the time they went to bed. Amanda the owner was excellent to work with. She accommodated all of our requests. I will definitely rent this place again.

Fabulous

This Villa was home from home. Lovely clean and well furnished, the kids loved the Toy Story room. It has everything you need, kitchen well equipped it had everything, kids plates cutlery etc. Waffle maker a great hit. Games room also with games for younger kids. Pool toys, plenty pool towels. Car seats saved us hiring them. Villa on beautiful resort so near Disney, restaurants etc. Playground was a big hit, main pools fab although a little chilly. villa pool was really warm and kids loved it. Amanda was great to deal with would highly recommend and would love to return.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time. Villa was clean and as listed in the description. Close to playground and waterpark. Owner was responsive and professional. Everyone enjoyed the pool.

What a lovely villa for or family! Excellent location, easy walk to the water park, everything we needed for the adults and grandkids, all at a good price. The owner, Amanda, was excellent to deal with and very responsive to our requests. We would definitely return to this villa, and would highly recommend it to extended families. .

We recently returned to Amanda’s beautiful home and enjoyed it tremendously! The layout and space is perfect for large or multiple families. The South facing pool gives you a full day of sunshine! Amanda was amazing to communicate with and ensured the home had everything we needed to make our stay perfect (BBQ, Crib rental ect). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. This home was one of the cleanest vacation homes we have stayed in! The management company was also incredibly responsive when we needed to get the hot tub heating and doubled checked that everything else was perfect for us. We will be returning again and already counting down the days until we can return!

We stayed at this villa for two weeks in July 2024 everything was perfect we had no issues.
There was information for everything - parks, restaurants near by and there was all the codes needed to just put into your sat nav and drive.
The grand children had a ball between pool and games room.
Would highly recommend this villa and our host Amanda was such a pleasure to deal with.

What a fantastic place to stay as a base for doing DisneyWorld. We had a 2 week 3 generation holiday in Orlando and this was the perfect place to be. We were just a few miles from the South entry to DisneyWorld and for most visits we were there in under 10 minutes.
There is a massive Walmart just 5 minutes away which covered our every need for food and pharmacy items.
The house itself was wonderful with all the houseware we needed available in the variety of drawers. A little searching was necessary when we first arrived but we managed to find all the items we needed.
The pool was perfect and on our rest days our 2 grand-daughters spent most of their time in the pool with a great collection of floating aids to enable children and adults to just sit on a floating hammock or hang on a couple of noodles and enjoy the warmth of the sun.
As you might guess - our family loved it.
